What you'll do

• Develop an understanding of the enterprise and align pipeline efforts with business goals
• coordinate external partners such as university career centers and veteran transition organizations
• scale early-career, veteran, and frontline sourcing channels
• provide candidate and market insights to HR, analytics, and business leaders
• establish pipeline KPIs
• use AI-driven search, ATS platforms, and market data to improve candidate discovery and screening
• mentor two team members.
