Production & Service Technician

Job overview

The Production & Service Technician is an onsite role based in Conroe, TX. Compensation is $15 - $17.50 per hour, and this role supports the production and service department at Ergo-Flex Technologies, LLC. This role exists to perform hands-on production and assembly of therapeutic equipment and provide direct customer service, including troubleshooting and on-site repairs.

What you'll do

• Perform production, assembly, and finishing of company equipment.
• Perform quality testing and inspection on customer returns.
• Create and manage service cases for all equipment issues.
• Provide phone-based troubleshooting support.
• Travel to customer locations to perform on-site service calls.
• Deliver and set up new or repaired equipment.
• Train customers on the safe and effective use of equipment.
