What you'll do

• Restrain animals
• triage incoming patients
• collect and analyze laboratory samples
• perform diagnostic imaging
• provide nursing care to medical and hospitalized cases
• administer medications
• communicate treatment plans to clients
• prepare for and assist with surgery
• and monitor anesthesia. Interpret medical records and record client history accurately
• process samples and tests
• position and capture radiographs
• monitor anesthesia and surgical patients.

Why this role

Registered veterinary technician required; one or more years of experience is preferred but not required. Some Saturday morning availability is required; the hospital is closed Sundays. Dental radiograph positioning is a plus.
