What you'll do

• Review mortgage applications
• collect and verify income, asset, employment, credit, and property documentation
• order and track appraisals, title reports, flood certifications, and other documents
• prepare complete underwriting packages
• communicate with borrowers about missing documents and status
• coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and closing agents
• satisfy underwriting conditions
• maintain accurate loan records and origination system updates
• monitor deadlines and resolve discrepancies.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. One to three years of mortgage processing or industry experience preferred. Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA programs and mortgage compliance; LOS experience preferred.
