What you'll do

• Lead shifts through preparation and communication
• drive sales through guest experiences
• monitor labor, staffing, and productivity
• support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• review financial information
• maintain a safe and organized restaurant
• conduct table visits and walkthroughs
• resolve guest concerns
• uphold food and beverage quality
• partner with culinary and wine teams
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching
• oversee opening and closing, inventory, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
