What you'll do

• Lead engineering projects from concept through construction completion
• develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• manage a team of 4–5 engineers
• serve as primary client contact
• coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors
• oversee engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documents
• conduct project meetings and manage risks
• track expenses and approve invoices
• ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and regulations
• manage permitting and closeout
• mentor staff and support proposals, client meetings, and presentations.
