Home Health Aide

What you'll do

• Provide care in patients’ residences
• perform household tasks
• transport or accompany patients to medical appointments
• assist with personal care, mobility, and exercises
• monitor and report vital signs and condition
• maintain care records
• collect routine specimens
• and provide companionship and basic emotional support. Care may include bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, and recording vital signs as directed by a nursing supervisor.
