What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries about purchase orders, forecasts, expedite requests, change orders, returns, and account needs
• communicate customer needs internally
• generate standard product quotes and process purchase orders
• process returns, credit and debit memos, and cancellations
• maintain customer master data and portals
• monitor customer needs and communicate issues and opportunities
• manage multiple priorities accurately.
