Junior Accountant

What you'll do

• Review and enter accounts payable invoices
• process vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
• invoice customers, post receipts, process payments and credits, and respond to inquiries
• reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• prepare general ledger reports and reconciliations
• assist with monthly close and reporting
• process weekly payroll data to ADP
• maintain accounting files.
