The Lead MRI Technologist – Monday–Friday role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL, with a schedule of 6:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Compensation is $32–$50 per hour, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus, $2,500 relocation assistance, and a $1,800 monthly housing stipend for the first three months. What you'll do

• Coordinate daily MRI department operations
• mentor MRI technologists
• assist with staff scheduling and on-call coverage
• perform MRI examinations and produce diagnostic images
• apply MRI anatomy, pathology, and protocol knowledge
• maintain patient safety and comfort
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• assist with onboarding and training
• perform venipuncture and administer contrast media under department protocols
• participate in rotating evening and weekend call
• support quality improvement.
