What you'll do

• Oversee local hospice office operations and establish operational goals
• ensure patient-centered care and compliance with Medicare and state requirements
• oversee patient and family assessments, staffing, and resources
• support survey readiness and the hospice-wide QAPI program
• communicate with hospice physicians about visits and certifications
• oversee budgets, expenditures, and patient-care-related invoices
• supervise recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and staff development
• maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, facilities, and community partners
• serve as Administrator On-Call and participate in evening and weekend clinical on-call coverage as required
• travel as necessary.
