What you'll do

• Lead federal medical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• manage schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, documentation, and contract compliance
• coordinate designers, government representatives, vendors, and facility personnel
• oversee work in occupied healthcare environments
• identify and mitigate project risks
• supervise and mentor project staff.
