What you'll do

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions, quarterly and annual reviews, tube feedings, and significant changes.
• Create and update care plans for nursing staff.
• Conduct nutrition education, use nutrition-focused physical exams to identify malnutrition, participate in care conferences, and perform kitchen inspections and meal service audits.
