Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Fee-for-Service, Part-Time

Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Haverhill, MA, with flexible fee-for-service hours and mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available. Compensation is $60–$75 per hour. Northeast Family Services provides behavioral health services to children, adults, and families. The BCBA assesses behavior, develops treatment plans, consults with and trains families, supervises behavior technicians, and provides direct treatment. Documentation, data collection, and progress analysis help guide individualized care and support client goals.

What you'll do

• Complete behavioral assessments
• develop treatment plans, instructional programs, and behavior support plans
• provide family consultations and training
• supervise behavior technicians
• deliver direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction
• collect, graph, and analyze data
• write progress reports and required treatment documentation.
