What you'll do

• Provide information about credit union services and cross-sell products that meet member needs
• manage day-to-day branch operations in the absence of the Assistant Manager where applicable and Branch Manager
• participate in sales campaigns and community outreach
• listen to members, address concerns, and advocate for their interests
• support the Contact Center with call volume
• complete the process to become a notary within six months.
