What you'll do

• Maintain staffing and support hiring, training, attendance, performance reviews, and timekeeping
• enforce safety policies and complete incident investigations
• review HACCP and SSOP requirements
• coordinate quality protocols and continuous improvement
• monitor production, downtime, inventory, and costs
• communicate shift issues and coordinate activities across departments.
