What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors and client representatives
• receive, prioritize and dispatch calls, alarms and access-related concerns
• monitor communications systems, cameras, alarms and access-control activity
• escalate unusual or critical conditions according to site procedures
• maintain dispatch logs, incident reports and shift communications
• coordinate with onsite personnel and emergency responders.
