What you'll do

• Establish and follow up on customer relationships
• respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• educate customers about insurance options through needs-based reviews
• work with the agent on marketing goals and digital marketing
• develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• support local community events
• provide activity reports to the agent.
