The Blast Hole Drill Operator role is onsite in Bessemer, AL; compensation is not specified. The role exists to carry out drilling safely and efficiently according to the job program, supporting anticipated production while maintaining equipment, supplies, and accurate field records.

What you'll do

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• perform daily equipment maintenance
• execute drill patterns and layouts established by the Blaster Foreman
• manage drill supplies and accessories
• communicate problems and terrain conditions to the Blasting Supervisor
• complete drill reports, hole sheets, and timecards
• participate in meetings and complete Driller I and Driller II training certifications.
