What you'll do

• Lead estimating from conceptual budgeting through project award
• review drawings, specifications, contracts, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and develop scopes
• prepare project estimates and budgets
• solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing
• coordinate preconstruction reviews and bid packages
• support project handoffs
• visit sites as needed
• monitor market conditions and improve estimating processes.
