What you'll do

• Handle clerical and administrative operations for the Wealth Management Program
• schedule appointments for members and financial advisors
• follow up on referrals and compile activity reports
• maintain advisor calendars, client profiles, files, and records
• process sales paperwork and correspondence
• support marketing efforts and program reporting
• maintain member confidentiality and follow compliance standards.
