Catering Attendant

Job overview

The Catering Attendant works onsite in Chicago, IL, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at $20.00 per hour. The role serves catered functions at the Crowell & Moring location and supports Flik Hospitality Group’s food-service operations. The attendant prepares and delivers food and supplies, sets up and serves events, and restores event spaces afterward. Accurate execution, safe food handling, and courteous service help ensure catered functions run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to scheduled function locations
• log and maintain food temperatures
• arrange tables, decorations, and buffet service items
• serve food and beverages
• clean event areas and return food, beverages, equipment, and utensils to the catering facility
• distribute and collect customer comment cards
• maintain catering facilities and equipment
• provide courteous guest service
• maintain menu knowledge and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
