Director of Stars — Quality Performance

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the annual quality improvement plan, goals, performance indicators, and accountability standards
• oversee HEDIS measures, Medicare Advantage Stars initiatives, preventive care, chronic disease monitoring, and member experience improvement
• coordinate medical record collection and data validation
• implement targeted interventions
• educate providers and internal teams
• oversee dashboards, reports, trend analysis, and executive reporting
• support quality incentives, audits, regulatory reviews, and corrective action plans
• collaborate across clinical operations, pharmacy, care management, IT, analytics, providers, and health plan partners.
