The CNC Machinist role is onsite in Sumner, WA, with pay ranging from $24 to $45 per hour across the listed levels. What you'll do

• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• deburr parts
• perform setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments
• interpret blueprints and AS9100 documentation
• conduct in-process and first-article inspections
• use precision measurement tools
• troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues
• maintain 5S, FOD control, and safe work practices. Higher levels may edit CNC programs and support training.

Why this role

Full-time; first and swing shifts available. Level 1 pay is $24–$29/hour, Level 2 is $29–$35/hour, and Level 3 is $35+/hour. Quarterly bonuses and documented promotion criteria.
