Security Engineer II, Security Operations

The engineer implements and improves technical security controls, investigates threats, and supports incident response and compliance across cloud, endpoint, network, identity, and application environments.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and maintain security controls
• manage SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, email security, DLP, identity protection, firewalls, and cloud security platforms
• investigate alerts and incidents
• tune detections and automate response
• scan for vulnerabilities and support remediation
• support penetration testing and assessments
• maintain identity controls
• secure Azure and/or AWS
• integrate security into CI/CD
• support incident response and compliance evidence
• maintain security documentation.
