The Production Lead role is onsite in Columbia, SC, with pay of $18–$20 per hour. The lead supports the Store Manager and Production Chief in automotive salvage, recycling operations, and facility upkeep at Pull-A-Part. The role guides production staff and daily workflows to meet safety, efficiency, and productivity standards while supporting the company’s customer-focused vehicle recycling operations.

• Supervise, motivate, and develop production team members
