The Registered Nurse (RN) — Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation role is onsite in Virginia Beach, VA. Compensation is $42–$45 per hour, with pay based on nursing experience and shift differential pay also offered. Bayside Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The RN provides direct patient care, supervises and directs nursing staff, communicates patient status to the Unit Manager, and participates in staff training and patient-care planning. The role helps identify patient goals and approaches while supporting care delivery in accordance with applicable guidelines.
