Orders Processing Assistant

The Orders Processing Assistant role is onsite in Rantoul, IL, with pay of $15–$17 per hour. The position supports Colonial Midwest Imports’ mattress and adjustable-base business by coordinating orders for wholesale partners, distributors, and customers. The assistant manages order entry and related billing and payment records, coordinating with warehouse, shipping, production, sales, customer service, and accounts receivable. Accurate processing helps ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time and that account records remain complete.

What you'll do

• Receive, review, and enter customer and distributor orders in ERP/CRM systems
• verify product availability, pricing, and terms
• coordinate with warehouse, shipping, production, and sales for accurate dispatch and timely delivery
• prepare and verify invoices
• monitor and record customer payments and prepaid accounts
• handle billing inquiries and order discrepancies
• assist with account reconciliations and outstanding balances
• maintain purchase order, delivery, and invoice records.
