What you'll do

• Manage and oversee all daily shop and field activities, including templating, cutting, polishing, sink fabrication, equipment operation, material handling, installation, repair/warranty, and team member accountability.
• Assign tasks to all shop and field personnel.
• Implement and enforce stringent quality control protocols.
• Provide hands-on training to new hires and existing staff.
• Actively identify and eliminate bottlenecks within the production process.
• Lead the shop floor's adoption of the Workforce Optimization Platform.
