What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• provide medication reminders
• help plan and prepare meals and encourage nutrition and hydration
• offer companionship and accompany clients to appointments or activities
• observe and report health changes
• document care and observations
• provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
