What you'll do

• Lead daily food manufacturing operations across shifts
• ensure GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance
• manage shift scheduling, staffing, and labor resources
• oversee inventory
• partner with maintenance to support preventive maintenance
• supervise and motivate hourly staff
• monitor performance metrics and implement lean and continuous-improvement initiatives
• collaborate with Quality Assurance, Planning, Sanitation, HR, and Logistics
• maintain production, labor, and compliance records.
