The role supports the Enterprise AI Center of Excellence within Enterprise Technology & Business Platforms. The product leader coordinates enterprise AI strategy and portfolio decisions, turning fragmented experimentation into prioritized tools, use cases, governance, and measurable business value. The role helps Procore use AI to improve employee work and advance its mission of improving the lives of people in construction.

What you'll do

• Own the AI employee experience roadmap, use-case prioritization, adoption strategy, and value delivery
• manage the enterprise AI tool and platform portfolio
• set evaluation criteria and recommendations
• prioritize use cases
• define governance standards with Security, GRC, and Legal
• manage the shared AI asset library
• own requirements and roadmaps for enterprise agents and Claude
• measure productivity, cycle time, employee experience, risk, and financial impact
• prepare recommendations for the Enterprise AI SteerCo.
