What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications and APIs using Python, Django, GraphQL, REST APIs, SQL Server, MySQL, and related technologies. Apply AI techniques to extract structured information from scientific publications
• modernize legacy systems
• build scalable services and integrations
• use Git and GitHub and Docker
• work in Linux environments
• support Section 508 and WCAG 2.x AA compliance
• and collaborate with analysts and project coordinators on modernization strategies.
