What you'll do

• Process daily accounts payable transactions, including international customs data
• prepare daily and weekly Microsoft Dynamics AX reports
• process weekly ACH, check, and wire payments
• investigate discrepancies and reconcile vendor statements
• reconcile and process company credit card invoices
• assist with projects and audit sample requests.
