What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift
• act as liaison between the site supervisor, account or field operations manager, and security officers
• coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved authority
• support customer service and handle common or crisis situations
• prepare reports and logs.
