Job overview
The Operations Readiness Manager is an onsite role based in Oak Brook, IL, with a salary range of $93,000 to $140,000 per year. This position supports the PMO and Operations teams by coordinating the transition of new food products from development to full-scale manufacturing. The role exists to bridge the gap between R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring that new product launches are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and food safety standards.
