What you'll do

• Organize daily housekeeping work based on occupancy and room status
• assign tasks
• coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and management
• inspect rooms and public areas and verify corrections
• lead, coach, and train staff
• conduct briefings
• respond to guest requests
• manage supplies and equipment
• enforce safety, sanitation, chemical-handling, privacy, and key-control procedures
• report maintenance and safety issues.
