What you'll do
- Maintain an average of approximately 23 completed clinical sessions per week
- provide evidence-informed psychotherapy
- supervise Residents in Counseling
- facilitate weekly 90-minute case consultations
- review clinical documentation and provide feedback
- support case conceptualization, treatment planning, and risk assessment
- monitor supervisee development
- partner with the Clinical Director on clinical quality and clinician development.
