What you'll do
- Supervise, coach, and consult with therapists, case managers, and clinical interns
- review clinical documentation
- ensure adherence to treatment, ethical, licensing, and accreditation standards
- oversee individualized treatment plans and clinical services
- monitor client progress
- provide direct clinical services and crisis intervention when required
- support audits and quality improvement
- coordinate with multidisciplinary staff and community partners
- conduct performance evaluations and training
- support risk assessment and safety planning.
