The Traveling Medical Assistant — North Nashville role is onsite, based in Mount Juliet, TN, with travel to clinics in and around northern Nashville. The assistant works with a foot and ankle physician to prepare patients for exams and minor procedures and to complete administrative tasks. The role supports patient flow and clinic operations through intake, documentation, benefits verification, lab preparation, phone coverage, and travel between clinics as needed.

What you'll do

• Greet and escort patients
• document physician-dictated histories, examination findings, and procedures
• verify benefits for in-office procedures, durable medical equipment, and custom orthotics
• prepare lab work for sending
• assist physicians and team members
• answer phones and follow up with patients during non-clinic time
• travel to other clinics as needed.
