What you'll do

• Create and maintain a warm, safe, developmentally appropriate classroom
• build respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• collaborate on play-based activities that develop language, motor, and sensory skills
• ensure children’s health, safety, and well-being
• monitor milestones and communicate progress through daily reports and parent conferences
• document learning and milestones
• comply with school, state licensing, and NAEYC standards.
