Software Engineer II

Job overview

The Software Engineer II role is hybrid in Centennial, CO, with three days per week in the office and remote work on Mondays and Fridays after onboarding; onboarding is fully onsite. Pay is $125,000–$155,000 per year. The role supports ProEdge Dental’s compliance platform, used by dental practices to test waterlines and sterilizers and track compliance. As part of a two-person engineering team, the engineer helps build and operate the platform end to end, improving its testing, deployment, security, and maintainability. The work also delivers reporting and integrations for internal teams and dental customers, supporting the company’s goal of making compliance easier to manage and verify.

What you'll do

• Direct AI coding agents and review changes
• migrate platform modules to TypeScript, typed SQL access, and React
• build automated end-to-end, API permission, and SQL tests
• own AWS delivery infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, alerting, and managed secrets
• build reporting and data views
• maintain integrations
• document decisions and runbooks
• share an on-call rotation with the Head of Technology.
