Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is onsite in La Habra, CA. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The technician supports Heights Christian Schools’ campuses and facilities serving students, staff, and families. The role maintains safe, functional, and welcoming school facilities by completing general upkeep, diagnosing basic repair issues, maintaining tools and equipment, and responding to work orders. It also supports facility needs for ministry and school events across locations.

What you'll do

• Assist with facility upkeep, including painting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and buildings
• maintain campus grounds and play areas
• use power and hand tools
• operate a company vehicle according to policy
• maintain tools and equipment safely
• complete computerized work orders promptly and accurately
• diagnose basic repair problems and make instructed repairs
• support facility needs for ministry and school events.
