What you'll do

• Build professional relationships with onsite and supervisory teams
• enforce rental policies
• process applicants and leases
• complete unit inspections and recertifications
• maintain tenant relations and files in compliance with Fair Housing and HUD requirements
• submit occupancy and accounting reports
• manage petty cash and reconciliations.
