Home Remodel Estimator and Sales Representative

The Home Remodel Estimator and Sales Representative role is onsite in City of Saint Peters, MO. Compensation is $80,000–$200,000 per year, with base pay plus commission. House Doctors provides home repair and remodeling services in the St. Louis area, including St. Charles County and West County. The role estimates and sells residential and commercial improvement projects, coordinates work with office and field teams, and serves as a client contact from estimate through post-completion. It also supports customer relationships, business development, and mentoring future estimator/sales team members.

What you'll do

• Estimate and sell residential and commercial improvement and remodeling projects in person
• coordinate projects with office and field teams
• serve as a client contact from estimate through post-completion
• develop customer, vendor, partner, and community relationships
• work with management and marketing on leads, programs, and markets
• participate in local industry and networking events
• mentor future estimator/sales team members
• assist with affiliated nonprofit events.
