What you'll do

• Visit facilities to ensure quarterly visits
• provide LinkRx and StatSafe in-services as needed
• perform StatSafe audits and cycle exchanges
• attend quarterly Performance Improvement Meetings
• conduct satisfaction surveys and assist with grievance logs
• serve as a facility contact and communicate updates to the pharmacy team
• support consulting staff
• assist pharmacists with prescription input, filling, and dispensing
• answer calls
• prepare medications for delivery
• assist with medication ordering, inventory, returns, and E-Kit management.
