What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients at home
• administer prescribed medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments
• monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and overall health
• provide G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support as needed
• educate families and caregivers
• document in electronic medical records
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection control and patient safety standards.
