Commercial Account Manager

Job overview

The Commercial Account Manager role is field- and office-based across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties, based out of Boca Raton, FL. Compensation is $60,000–$75,000 per year. Green Image Landscaping’s account team serves commercial and homeowners association clients. The role owns retention and growth for an assigned portfolio by maintaining client relationships, inspecting and documenting property conditions, and developing proposals for needed enhancements. It coordinates client concerns with operations and follows issues through resolution so accounts renew and grow.

What you'll do

• Serve as the named contact for assigned commercial and HOA accounts
• walk properties on the defined cadence and document conditions in CompanyCam
• log client interactions, issues, and commitments in Zoho CRM the same business day
• respond to client issues within one business day and confirm scheduling
• build and present enhancement proposals
• cross-sell irrigation, tree, and landscape construction services
• attend HOA board and property manager meetings when required
• manage renewals ahead of expiration
• document and escalate production quality issues and follow up until closed.

Why this role

Field and office work with daily property visits; Monday–Friday standard business hours, with early starts when walking properties before crews arrive. Requires 2+ years managing commercial or HOA grounds maintenance accounts, a valid Florida driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Spanish and English are preferred.
