What you'll do

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments
• remove trash from units, common areas, offices, and the property perimeter
• maintain grounds, landscaping, exteriors, parking lots, and amenities
• perform lawn care, planting, seasonal garden maintenance, and snow or ice removal as assigned
• follow cleaning schedules and checklists
• stock supplies and report needs
• report maintenance concerns and unsafe conditions
• provide professional service to residents
• follow company policies and safety standards.
