Clean-in-Place (CIP) Technician — 1st Shift AWS

The Clean-in-Place (CIP) Technician role is onsite in Germantown, WI, on the 1st Shift AWS schedule, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Base pay is $23 per hour. The technician reports to the Sanitation Manager and supports sanitation, food safety, quality, and compliance at Gehl Foods. The role cleans production equipment and facility surfaces, handles sanitation chemicals and tools safely, responds to sanitation needs, and maintains cleaning records. It helps ensure the facility meets sanitation standards and follows food safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform CIP cleaning of filling machines and production equipment
• clean facility surfaces and piping
• handle chemicals, sanitation tools, and hot-water hoses safely
• respond to spills and tank-cleaning needs
• operate ladders, lifts, and COP tanks
• perform chemical titrations and transport chemical drums as needed
• follow HACCP, GMP, PPE, and food safety procedures
• complete sanitation documentation and records
• participate in training and meetings.
